COLLECTION, PROCESSING AND USE OF PERSONAL DETAILS
Frank van der Linden HEADHUNTER processes personal details only when required to be able to carry to our assignments. Data that may be saved includes: information from a CV, such as your name and address, date of birth, current and former jobs. Salary information and interview reports may also be saved.
USE OF INFORMATION FOR EMAILING/POST PURPOSES
Frank van der Linden HEADHUNTER may use personal information (name, address, email address) to send correspondence, either by post or email. This correspondence could be:
- to inform a candidate about and invite them to future events
- to congratulate a candidate on a new job
- to send candidate newsletters and/or press releases
You can unsubscribe to such correspondence at any time.

You are entitled to review the information about you that we process.
RIGHT TO AMEND
If incorrect information is saved erroneously despite our best efforts to verify the accuracy and how up to date this information is, we will correct this at your request.
WITHDRAWING PERMISSION, RIGHT TO OBJECT AND LIMIT
To withdraw permission previously granted, please send a mail to info@frankvanderlinden.nl or a letter to Frank van der Linden HEADHUNTER, Gezichtslaan 63, 3723 GC Bilthoven. You are entitled to object at any point to your details being stored. Please do so in writing to either of the above addresses. You are also entitled to limit the processing and transfer of the personal information on you that we have stored to a third party.
